2011-11-10

I haven't been here for a while so there are quite a few updates to be posted. I should start with Friday (11-04). Tania sent me some pictures of Sasha that I wouldn't want to lose, so I decided to share them. He is the smallest in his kindergarten group and looks pretty pale comparing to other kids:

The next day I got up at 3am to prepare for the trip. I made some sandwiches and tea to take with us on the train. Marina (Misha's wife) spent the night over so we could travel together. She is also pregnant, in her 9th week. I remember myself. It's funny. We arrived to Bucha just in time for the Sabbath school, but we went to the church after breakfast. There were too many people, stuffy and no seats, so I decided to stay in the hall. It felt so good to see old friends and acquaintances again. Moreover, I got to see Petrenko's and they introduced me to my second cousin Sergey Kochubeinik and his wife Irina. They also have a daughter Sophia, but she wasn't there:

Yes, Yana Petrenko was always near me as well. I liked Sergey but his wife appeared to me as a very strict one. I hope they are happy family. I enjoyed Sabbath very much.
We had lunch at Nastia's. She teaches PE at the Institute and she is fun. There was also her sister Olesia, Natalia with her new body Ali, Igor and I. After lunch we took a walk:

Igor, me, Nastia, Natalia, Ali

It felt awesome to swing as on the wedding day again.

She sure loves us =)

And I love this crazy girl too

I am the happiest!

Oops, I almost fell off the swing, Natalia caught me... that wasn't planned. =)

Just funny...

On Sunday morning Igor and I agreed to meet for breakfast. I woke up early and took a little walk on campus:

Later the same day, a little tragedy happened. I was on my way to Inna's. Igor walked me to the bus that I took to Kiev. I arrived to Sviatoshin where I was supposed to transfer to another bus. But on my way out I lost my consciousness and fell down. The bus driver helped me to get up and took me back into the bus. I took my shoe off and saw how my leg was growing. I could hardly see and hear. I called Igor but couldn't move my tongue to explain to him about what happened. In a little while, I called Natalia because I knew she was in Kiev that day. Fortunately, sh and Ali were near by. They came and called the ambulance. After that they took me to Inna's place. At first I was pretty optimistic, but when they left me there I cried. We waited for aunt Valia but she came after midnight, so I didn't get to see her. I was very tired and all I wanted was to sleep. But it is never possible there... The next day I woke up early. Went to the bathroom and cried till Inna woke up (after 10). I was so much in pain and hungry, that I called Angelina and asked her if she could take me to her parent's place. And so she did. The only thing Inna did, was washing my hair. But since she didn't use the conditioner it was very static and I had hard time dealing with it.
Staying and Angelina's parents' house was a pleasure. Her mom is very simple and sweet. Her dad always had something encouraging to say and kids made my time pass faster. Igor came to visit me several times. And yesterday we took train to Vinnytsia. God blessed a lot. I was worried about how to clime into the train, it was on the first platform which is high enough to simply walk in. In Vinnytsia it arrived to the first platform as well. God is so good!! We also met Nastia on the train so travelling was fun.
