8:29 Again I couldn't sleep from about 3 to 6 last night. So I sorted the laundry and ate some scrambled eggs. The rest of the time I was trying to fall asleep. Igor is gone to the train station to meet Natasha. What can I do, they both asked me to fry some potatoes... gone to the kitchen...
PS: Thank you, mom, for all the comments =)

9:23 Well, while the potatoes were frying I made some cutlets from leftover buckwheat and the filling for buns:

13:25 Natasha arrived and we had breakfast together. Before the doctor's appointment we had some time leftover to go shopping. My doctor said that I have a very high risk of miscarriage and must be hospitalized. So I came home to pack. Igor and Natasha went grocery shopping, meanwhile I baked a whole chicken and made a buckwheat soup. When they returned I was all set for the hospital.

18:34 I was told that I can spent a night at home. So I left my things and returned wishing and hoping that everything goes well. Natasha baked some potatoes and lots of blintzes. BTW, Chicken tasted very good. =)

19:03 Igor and Iura came at 2 AM last night. Iura slept for several hours and returned back to Kiev. I had a hard time falling asleep for some time...
Most of the day I spent cleaning and organizing things. It feels good be be in possession of own stuff.
Slavik brought Sasha because he had to go somewhere.

He played around while I was finishing my chores and making lunch. Since I still had some buckwheat cereal left, I decided to make some hot tuna sandwiches to go with it:

It's not a very good picture, though tasted good. I took some buns and filled it with onions, carrots, eggs, tuna and cheese. Heated it up in the own and served. People happy and full. I am satisfied. Slavik and Sasha had lunch with us. Sasha didn't want to go home and kept hugging me. So sweet =)

2011-09-28

5:30 I created this blog today because I couldn't sleep. This idea came to my mind when dad asked me if I keep a diary. I am sure my baby would love to read it some day. I don't know how good I am going to be keeping up with it, but I will try to fill it not only with everyday events but also with memories that I have. I pray that God may guide me to the right words for the reader to understand my experience and learn from it.

14:17 Just returned from the therapist appointment. She said that everything looks pretty good to her, except my blood pressure (135/80) which is a little to high. I think it can be explained by sleepless night.
I am waiting and praying that Iura (Igor's cousin) will be able to bring my stuff from Bucha today. Otherwise Igor will go straight to his mother's home and I won't see him. Some of the things that I have stored in Bucha could be very useful here.

17:26 Good news! Igor and Iura are coming tonight. So I am cooking. So far I made a very tasty salad:

Ingredients:  2 boiled chicken breasts, 1 can of corn, 1 loaf of white bread - dried, 5-7 cloves of garlic, mayonnaise. Simply mixed it all together and it is so yummy!!
I also made some buckwheat cereal to go with it.
